All Waves Products purchased from our valued Waves Stockists carry a warranty (“Waves Warranty”)

All Waves products purchased from a Waves stockist carry with it a Free 6 Month Warranty on all Tech and Headwear items, and 12 Month Warranty on all Sunglasses.

Anything bought from a Waves stockist within the warranty period can be returned to the stockist where it was purchased if found to be defective, for a warranty assessment.

Waves may then repair or replace the unit (at our discretion), or credit the stockist where you purchased the item, free of charge, who in turn will return the repaired item, or replacement unit to you.

All items older than the stated warranty period.

Your proof of purchase (itemised slip) is your warranty certificate.

We may not refund any purchases without a proof of purchase provided.

Accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse of products within our discretion are not covered.

If any problems do arise and you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We are more than happy to resolve any situation ASAP.
