All Waves Products purchased from our valued Waves Stockists are backed by a 12-Month Waves warranty.

Anything bought from a Waves stockist within the 12-month warranty period can be returned to the stockist where it was purchased if found to be defective, for a warranty assessment.

Waves may then repair or replace the item (at our discretion), or credit the stockist where you purchased the item, free of charge, who in turn will return the repaired item, or replacement unit to you.

All items older than the stated warranty period.

Your proof of purchase (itemised slip) is your warranty certificate.

We may not refund any purchases without a proof of purchase provided.

Accidents, negligence, abuse or misuse of products within our discretion are not covered.
