I originally bought my first pair of Waves sunnies in December, simply because I'd lost my expensive prescription sunglasses and decided to try a style and brand I'd never worn before. I ended up absolutely loving them!
When one of the temples broke, I contacted Waves hoping I could purchase a replacement. Instead, the Waves team went above and beyond and replaced the sunnies for me, even though my original style was no longer available.
My replacement pair, the Maven in Rose Pink, arrived beautifully packaged in a gorgeous little protective pouch that doubles as a lens-cleaning cloth. The complementary cap and cheeky little note that reads "most brands would tell you... klink soos n jou probleem, but not the waves team." was an unexpected suprise and made me laugh!
It's the little details, combined with genuinely exceptional after-sales service, that make a brand memorable.
