There we go! I received my replacement pair about a week ago and i just want to say that i am grateful I reached out to you guys because I haven’t has any single disconnect since i got the replacement. The sound is also great, I genuinely think i previously got a pair from a faulty batch . Oh and thank you guys for the complementary gift

The sound is great but they keep disconnecting😭 when i 1st enquired i was told i need to ensure they are not flashing green. That does not work they disconnect every 30 seconds even when fully charged . I am so disappointed because they are so expensive. Maybe i got a sample batch but I honestly don’t believe this is what you guys intended. 💔

They are so bad, they keep disconnecting. When I enquired i was advised that I should ensure they are not flashing green. THAT DOES NOT WORK they disconnect every 30 seconds even if they are fully charged. I am so disappointed because they are expensive

The sound is great. Battery lasts long but the disconnecting every 5 seconds pissed me off. After 2-3 days of this persistant disconnecting, I just threw these earphones out my car window. Unless they can fix this issue in future products, do not buy it. Go buy something else better
